The Receiving Clerk position at VKB Agriculture involves managing the receipt of stock items that do not come through the weighbridge, such as packaging materials, stationery, workshop supplies, and other related goods.

You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Prepare production materials for approval
- Record daily bookings of spare parts and consumables
- Perform stock reconciliations based on daily production data
- Receive stock items on site that are not processed via the weighbridge
- Examine camera footage to verify entries against the gate register
- Process wheat receipts within the NAV system
- Create and update item codes as needed
- Maintain and review control forms, including Gate to NAV documentation
- Follow up on any discrepancies identified in control forms
- Assist with counting packaging stock
- Compare delivery notes against actual physical receipts and report findings
- Provide support for other stock counting activities as required
- Assist in conducting month-end stock takes
- Prepare and compile the SAGIS report
- Manage requests for new item codes
- Support the implementation of inventory control procedures
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies found during stock takes.
