Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a Matric qualification with Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy), Physical Science, and English, each passed with a minimum of 40%; or
• Obtain an N2 or higher certificate with all subjects per below:
  • Measure Cntrl Instrum Mech: Instrument Mechanician: Instrument Trade Theory or Industrial, Instrument,Industrial Electronics, Mathematics and Engineering Science
  • Electrician: Electrical Trade Theory /Electrotechnology/ Electrotechnics and Industrial Electronics, or Engineering Drawings
  • Welder: Plating & Structural Steelwork/ Welders Theory and Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings, Mathematics and Engineering Science
  • Fitter: Fitting Trade Theory or Mechanotechnology or Mechanotechnics, Engineering Drawings, Mathematics and Engineering Science
• Achieve NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%
