You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador at customer-facing touchpoints
- Provide concierge-style assistance to both local and international visitors
- Respond to visitor enquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure they are resolved effectively
- Administer loyalty programmes, manage gift cards, and assist with customer enquiries
- Build meaningful relationships with guests by delivering personalised and memorable experiences
- Deliver every customer interaction with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Support customer surveys and feedback collection initiatives
- Identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities to improve the overall customer experience through visitor interactions
