About the Unilever SHE Internship 2025
Unilever is seeking for applicants who would like to obtain practical work experience in a credible work setting with their qualified SHE internship programme. The Unilever SHE Internship is designed to help you grow and gain hands-on experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management. Throughout the program, you’ll develop valuable skills while also supporting the SHE department with administrative tasks.
As part of your role, you will:
- Help update SHE procedures as needed
- Assist with reviewing and conducting risk assessments, as well as identifying environmental aspects and impacts
- Support incident investigations
- Share updates on procedures and safety information by attending meetings and maintaining notice boards and communication screens on-site
- Help the training facilitator plan and organize safety training sessions
- Collect and compile SHE statistics and reports as required
- Collaborate with coordinators to implement audit plans and corrective actions, such as hygiene checks, first aid box inspections, housekeeping, and area inspections
- Keep action trackers updated to support SHE initiatives
- Lead two key projects to enhance your SHE skills and contribute to improving SHE practices at Unilever
- Conduct safety inductions for contractors.
