About the Unilever In-service Traineeship 2025
Unilever is searching for applicants who would be keen on obtaining new theoretical knowledge and practical skills with their In-service Traineeship programme. The Unilever In-service Traineeship is designed to provide practical industry experience while supporting participants in meeting the full set of learnership requirements outlined by Unilever. Trainees are expected to actively participate in all components of the program, which may include attending mandatory training sessions, completing assessments, finalizing assigned projects, maintaining an up-to-date logbook, and delivering presentations as required. This structured approach ensures that each trainee gains a comprehensive understanding of their role and responsibilities within a professional setting.
In addition to fulfilling academic and programmatic obligations, trainees are also expected to contribute to day-to-day operations on the manufacturing line. This includes duties such as packing, cleaning, conducting quality checks, and supporting general production activities. Trainees must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to their assigned tasks and strictly adhere to all site rules. These rules include health and safety guidelines, quality control measures, and Unilever’s Code of Business Principles, which collectively promote a safe, ethical, and efficient working environment.

- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
