About the TWK Traineeship 2026
TWK is opening up a traineeship for applicants who need work exposure and professional training to build a stronger career path in the agriculture industry. The TWK Traineeship offers structured, hands-on exposure through a rotational program that covers key retail functions. These include cashier operations, sales floor assistance, administrative tasks, merchandising activities, and overall store operations. Through this rotation, the trainee gains a broad understanding of how different retail departments function together to ensure smooth and effective store performance.
During the programme, the trainee supports daily store operations by assisting customers, managing stock levels, maintaining product displays, and contributing to an organised and efficient retail environment. While actively participating in these responsibilities, the trainee continues to learn, develop practical skills, and build industry knowledge within the trade-focused retail setting.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Perform cashier responsibilities by processing sales accurately, handling payments correctly, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience
- Assist customers as a Floor Advisor by providing product information, guidance, and friendly, professional service
- Complete basic administrative duties, including record keeping, filing, and capturing information accurately
- Merchandise products by arranging stock attractively and maintaining clean, well-organised displays at all times
- Handle stock by receiving deliveries, checking quantities, storing items correctly, and carrying out general storeman duties
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a compliant and secure working environment
