About the TWK Salesman Traineeship 2025
TWK is looking for candidates who would like to obtain practical work experience through a proper traineeship programme focusing on the Salesman career path. The TWK Salesman Traineeship is a structured development program aimed at preparing aspiring professionals for a future career as Parts Salesmen. This role provides the trainee with comprehensive, hands-on experience in the sales environment, working closely with the Sales Manager to support day-to-day business operations.
Key responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting in stock management and inventory control. Throughout the program, the trainee will gain valuable exposure to customer service principles and best practices, learning how to deliver exceptional client care and ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and efficient support. Ultimately, this traineeship is designed to equip participants with the practical skills, product knowledge, and professional attitude required to excel in a full-time sales role within TWK Agri.
