The Tsebo Technical Learnership is designed to empower and upskill eligible individuals working in the construction industry. Whether you’re currently employed as a painter, tiler, plasterer, mason, joiner, carpenter, or roofer—or running your own small business providing services to contractors and the public—this program is tailored to help you grow professionally and strengthen your contributions to the sector. The learnership focuses on developing practical skills and theoretical knowledge to help learners become more competitive, confident, and capable within the construction environment.
