Truworths is offering a learnership programme for young South African individuals below 35 years old who show a strong interest in the retail department. The Truworths Learnership is a programme conducted to provide participants with a combined knowledge that consists of theoretical components and practical working sessions.

The Truworths Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Requirements
- Possesses a Grade 12 qualification
- Currently below 35 years old
- Is not recognized as a graduate
- Has not taken part in a learnership programme prior to this one.
2. Personal Attributes
- Display sound communication abilities
- Can work with other team members effectively
- Puts on a client-oriented mindest
- Shows interpersonal abilities
- Takes account of their own actions.
