The Trinity Trust Foundation, a non-profit organization, is founded to tackle social concerns in diverse towns and their surrounding areas from a comprehensive perspective. The foundation’s mission is to elevate and empower persons from a varied range of communities and informal settlements in and around Cape Town via education, skills development, and job creation programs, among other initiatives. The Trinity Trust Foundation provides the funding for this project.

About the Trinity Trust Foundation Contact Centre Learnership 2022-2023
The Trinity Trust Foundation is offering 12-month learnership programmes for 80 learners who are interested in working in the Contact Centre department. The Trinity Trust Foundation Contact Centre Learnership allows participants to receive support in the contact center to achieve set key performance indicators and be accountable for the overall success of the center through quality outbound calling, report writing, and receiving coaching/mentoring from their experienced call center agents, who will be supported and monitored by their contact center management, as outlined in the learnership requirements.

Contact center staff members are a mix of learners and permanent workers that give help for a range of product campaigns inside the program’s contact center. Furthermore, as a learning agent, you will be in charge of putting processes in place that will improve the overall operation of the facility.

Eligibility Criteria

The Trinity Trust Foundation Contact Centre Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

  • Has a Matric or Grade 12 qualification
  • Owns clear credit and criminal track record
  • Understands basic computer literacy
  • Can type their work in a speedy manner
  • Prepared to work in various shifts in a 24 hour working environment
  • Has at least 1 year of customer service experience (advantageous, but optional)
  • Negotiates well with other people
  • Displays impressive customer empathy.
