Transnet National Ports Authority is offering a 12-month traineeship programme for candidates keen on working within the areas of Transnet Port Terminals. The Transnet National Ports Authority Traineeship is a structured training program that lasts for a period of 12 months, and its primary objective is to establish a talent pool for critical jobs within Transnet Port Terminals (TPT). The program’s objective is to position Learners in certain departments within TPT in accordance with the needs of the company, the academic background of the Learner, and their career goals. As a Trainee, you will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager: Training & Development and will be rotating to various locations.

As a Trainee, you will be required to put out the following output:

• Maintain a regimented approach to your training
• Participate in evaluations and reviews of your performance
• Complete all of the responsibilities that are outlined in his or her growth program, as well as any other responsibilities that Transnet Port Terminals may reasonably ask him or her to perform
