About the Tracker Business Administration Services Learnership 2025
Tracker is seeking for applicants who would like to obtain a learnership focusing on the theroetical knowledge and practical skills in Business Administration Services. The Tracker Business Administration Services Learnership offers participants a balanced combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on workplace experience. Learners will take part in structured classroom-based learning to build foundational knowledge, while also engaging in practical activities within a professional environment. These activities may include, but are not limited to, tasks and responsibilities designed to develop industry-specific skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and prepare participants for real-world business administration roles.
You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, maintaining records, and capturing data
- Attend theoretical training sessions once a week for the duration of the learnership, or as otherwise required
- Assist in preparing documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Manage communications through email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions
- Deliver customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a one-stop call resolution representative by answering incoming calls and resolving Tracker client queries in line with relevant SOPs and company standards
- Help maintain the department’s Abandonment Rate and Service Level in accordance with company targets
- Capture data accurately and update client information in real time during customer interactions
- Uphold customer service standards in a high-pressure environment
- Follow up on outstanding client queries to ensure resolution
- Keep accurate records of statistics as outlined in the provided guidelines
- Make effective use of the post-call service rating system
- Interpret information from the financial system to assist clients with basic financial and legal queries
- Support customer retention efforts by resolving queries efficiently, demonstrating patience and understanding, and turning challenging calls into positive experiences
- Conduct post-installation testing and investigate unit-related issues, providing first-line technical support for Tracker devices
- Adhere to work schedules as set out in the telephony system
- Process electronic communications within the Customer Service Division promptly, ensuring alignment with SLA requirements and quality standards
- Assist with any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor to maintain exceptional and efficient service within the Customer Service Division.
