TotalEnergies is offering a 12-month learnership programme for South African applicants who are looking for experience in the Logistics and Transport sector. The TotalEnergies Learnership is an opportunity based in Cape Town Depot. As a learner, you will be gaining a combination of both theoretical and practical working experience. Under the guidance of professional training providers, you will be encouraged to show immense progress as you work your way to a qualification.

The TotalEnergies Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
- Possesses a complete Grade 12 (Matric qualification)
- Currently below 25 years old
- Displays strong negotiation abilities
- Can perform qualified research
- Can write reports well with MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Does not have more than 1 year of working experience prior to the programme
- Note: preference will be offered to candidates originating from designated groups (according to the Total Energies Employment Equity scheme).
