About the Tlou Foundation College
Incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2008, Tlou Foundation was founded on the principles of supporting South Africa in combating the suffering of skills shortages and mismatches across all sectors of the economy. Their mission is to assist in the preparation of young South Africans to become responsible citizens who will contribute to the development of their country by reaching their full potential through the acquisition of relevant skills.

In accordance with the National Skills Development Strategy III, the Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of formerly disadvantaged individuals, representing the Foundation’s commitment to invest in and contribute to skills development in support of government initiatives for empowering the unemployed and employed individuals through skills development programs focused on economic development (NSDS III).

Tlou Foundation College is offering a 12-month learnership programme in the field of Information Technology as port of the MICT SETA’s programme offerings. You will get a solid understanding of information technology via the Tlou Foundation College Information Technology Learnership, which is an exceptional programme.

  • Understands basic computer literacy
  • Has a clear criminal track record
  • Must be based in the Bela Bela area.
