About the Tharisa Bursaries 2026
Tharisa is providing generous financial assistance to applicants who would like to pursue their education in different study fields with their bursaries. The Tharisa Bursary Programme provides comprehensive financial support, covering full tuition fees, accommodation, prescribed textbooks, and a monthly living allowance, commencing from the first semester of 2026. Recipients of the bursary are expected to participate in structured vacation work at the mine at the end of each academic year, allowing them to gain practical industry experience. Upon successful completion of their studies, bursary holders will be required to join the company as graduate interns for a minimum period of one year, contributing their skills while further developing their professional experience within the organisation.
