You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Offer administrative support for effective data management related to all training activities
- Assist in coordinating and executing projects and events by updating project plans, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all systems and processes are established to meet deadlines efficiently
- Oversee training resources and work collaboratively with other departments to initiate training sessions
- Ensure accurate data capture for all training activities in accordance with SETA reporting requirements
- Provide support with various administrative tasks within the Learning & Development area to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Hold a 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, or Industrial Psychology from a recognized public tertiary institution
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
- Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
- Exhibit computer literacy and fluency in English
- Reside in or near KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)
- Avoid current employment or participation in any learnership or internship program
- Ensure that you have not previously completed an internship with SETA or the Government.
