Sydsen Recruit is looking for applicants who would like to obtain work experience within several different fields through their beneficial YES programmes. The Sydsen Recruit YES Programmes offer comprehensive 12-month structured placements designed to support career development across Sales, Finance, and Human Resources within leading dealership environments. Each programme provides participants with mentorship from experienced professionals, hands-on practical training, and exposure to real workplace operations, ensuring they gain valuable industry knowledge and professional growth.
In the Sales track, participants take part in a guided sales placement that includes continuous mentoring and on-the-job learning. They interact with customers, collaborate with seasoned sales teams, and gain exposure to sales events and customer relationship management. Their responsibilities involve assisting with prospecting and lead generation, supporting showroom activities, strengthening customer engagement, and developing effective sales techniques.
The Finance track offers a practical industry placement where participants work closely with finance professionals to understand dealership finance workflows. They support financial reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting, contribute to budgeting and cost-control processes, and learn key finance practices relevant to automotive retail.
Within the HR track, participants are placed in a structured learning environment that focuses on career progression in Human Resources. They receive guidance from HR specialists and gain exposure to essential HR functions. Their duties include assisting with HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives, as well as maintaining accurate HR records and learning foundational HR best practices.
