You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Receive incoming deliveries and carefully verify invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
- Organize and allocate received stock to designated shelves, racks, or floor space within the store
- Perform stock rotation according to FEFO/FIFO principles to maintain product quality and reduce waste
- Replenish shelves and pallet spaces regularly to ensure items are always available for production
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
- Stay alert to the production team’s stock requirements and respond promptly to their needs
- Follow all Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Accurately record all stock issued in the requisition book, including product code, description, quantity, batch number, and remaining stock balance
- Maintain neat and orderly pallet arrangements at all times

- Work collaboratively with team members and provide support to colleagues when needed
- Take part in routine stock counts and assist during inventory checks

General Duties as Stores Assistant
