About the Steinmuller Africa PWD (People with Disabilities) Learnership 2026
Steinmuller Africa is currently looking for applicants who would like to obtain theoretical knowledge and practical skills for people with disabilities. The Steinmuller Africa PWD (People with Disabilities) programme is designed to deliver comprehensive administrative support, project coordination, and effective document management across all skills development and human resources–related programmes. The initiative focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes, accurate recordkeeping, and coordinated support that contribute to the successful implementation and management of development and HR activities, while promoting inclusivity and professional growth for participants.

You will be required to provide the outputs below:

  • Learners will be registered in an NQF Level 4 or 5 learnership in addition to the responsibilities outlined below
  • Ensure efficient administration, effective logistical coordination, and ongoing improvement of programmes through accurate reporting and developmental support
  • Support the coordination of internal project initiatives
  • Perform data accuracy checks and quality assurance on all documentation related to programmes
  • Deliver administrative support by tracking, monitoring, and compiling reports on skills development programmes
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, project governance frameworks, and all relevant regulatory requirements and standards
  • Validate and manage service provider documentation, including invoices, attendance registers, logbooks, and other related programme records
  • Provide administrative assistance for Employee Wellbeing projects
  • Support ad hoc initiatives within the Training, Talent, and Skills
  • Development departments, as well as the Employee Wellness Programme
  • Assist in monitoring academic progress and managing related costs for bursary and/or Skills Development and Learnership (SD&L) project learners
  • Contribute to the planning, organisation, and preparation of scopes of work, scheduling, and communication for projects and programmes when required
  • Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned from time to time
