Standard Bank is offering graduates programmes in two study fields for anyone looking to improve their knowledge and abilities in their respective fields. The Standard Bank Graduate Programmes is currently offering two kinds of programmes:

1. Natural Resources Graduate Programme

Standard Bank’s Natural Resources sector encompasses sector specialists who focus on three primary subsectors: Power & Sustainable Solutions, Mining, and Logistics. These subsectors are critical components of our economy, contributing significantly to economic growth and job creation. To effectively meet the needs of customers operating within these specialized sectors, we collaborate closely with our internal Relationship Banking and Deal Origination teams.
