Eligibility Criteria
Candidates interested in the Spar YES4Youth Learnership must fulfill an eligibility criteria before proceeding with their applications. The Spar YES4Youth Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

• Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa
• Currently between 18-28 years old
• Not employed at the moment
• Has passed their Matric qualification
• Has a clear criminal record
• Has not been a part of the YES4Youth programmes for more than 8 months
• Prepared to fully commit to the 12-month work programme
• Advantageous: possesses an FET qualification.

Closing Date
Applications for the Spar YES4Youth Learnership must be submitted before the closing date on 14 February 2022.

The selection committee has absolute zero tolerance for late applications. Submissions made past the closing date will not be acknowledged during the registration period.

Announcements will only be made to shortlisted candidates. Should you not hear back from the selection committee within 3 months past the closing date, we regret to inform you that you haven not been selected for the programme.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a JumpStart training session, work experience, and an interview process.
