You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Perform basic analytical and quality tests on edible oils, mayonnaise, and related by-products to support production and bottling processes in meeting Food Safety regulations, including wet chemistry procedures and visual inspections
• Support laboratory analysts by carrying out daily routine checks in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards
• Assist laboratory personnel with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and compiling data
• Support sample reception and storage activities by logging incoming samples, labeling them correctly, and managing retained samples
• Assist in preparing samples according to the External Analysis Schedule
• Prepare samples for scheduled testing on laboratory instruments.
• Conduct truck inspections and perform hygiene assessments as required
• Support cleaning and maintenance of glassware and laboratory instrumentation
• Assist with stock-taking activities and the handling of laboratory chemicals
• Carry out inspections of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance standards are met
• Support data collection and entry for verification and quality assurance purposes.
