About the Silulumanzi Process Controller Learnership 2021-2022
Silulumanzi is offering a learnership programme for South African individuals who wish to attain a solid working foundation as a certified Process Controller. The Silulumanzi Process Controller Learnership is a wonderful opportunity that will enchance your knowledge and skills in this particular line of work. Throughout the programme, learners will be subjected to a structured curriculum that combines both theoretical assessments and practical working sessions. With the help of professional training providers, learners will be given the necessary guidance to improve themselves in every step of their way.
The Silulumanzi Process Controller Learnership will be conducted for 12 months. Learners are expected to fully commit their time to the entire duration of the programme. The learnership is opening up 10 (ten) positions for candidates interested in the field of Water and Waste 0 Water Process Controllers Supervision. Selected candidates will be entitled to a monthly stipend to support their learning journey. Upon successful completion of the programme, learners will be entitled to an NQF Level 2 qualification. This certificate will increase your chances of attaining future employment in the competitive job market.

The Silulumanzi Process Controller Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
- Officially recognized as a citizen of South Africa (must provide a South African Identity Document)
- Owns a legitimate Grade 12 qualification
- Currently unemployed during the time of learnership
- Between 18-35 years old
- Does not require any prior working experience
- Has not been a participant in a learnership programme provided by the Water Sector
- Preference will be offered to designated groups who meet the company’s standards.
