Taking place in North West, the Sibanye-Stillwater Internship/Graduate Programme is designed to provide Engineering enthusiasts with direct working exposure under a real-time company setting.

Eligibility Criteria
The Sibanye-Stillwater Internship/Graduate Programme is available for candidates who can fulfill the eligibility criteria.   • BTech/BSc Geology Honours
  • BSc/BTech/BIng for Rock Engineering
  • NDip/BSc/BTech/BIng Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation
  • BSc/BTech/BIng/Bachelor of Mine Survey (BMS)
  • NDip/BSc/BTech/BIng Mining Engineering
  • BComm Finance/Accountancy/Business Management
  • BSc/BTech/BIng Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

2. Other Requirements

  • Proven to be physically and medically healthy for the programme and working environment
  • Must pass the medical examination which will be conducted by the Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
  • Note: preference will be offered to certain groups as part of the company’s commitment to achieve employment diversity in the company.
