- Clean offices, restrooms, reception areas, hallways, and common spaces daily to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment for all staff and visitors
- Prepare boardrooms and meeting areas ahead of scheduled events, including setting up refreshments to provide a comfortable and professional atmosphere
- Identify any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards during cleaning rounds, and promptly report them to ensure quick resolution and a safe workplace
- Handle lost and found items following the company’s procedures, keeping accurate records and ensuring items are returned or stored appropriately
- Empty trash bins regularly and transport waste materials to designated disposal or recycling areas, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory, managing stock levels carefully to prevent shortages or unnecessary waste
- Uphold consistently high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout all assigned areas to promote health and comfort
- Respond swiftly to emergency cleaning requests or changes in schedule, providing reliable support whenever directed by the supervisor
- Regularly replenish consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability
- Assist with stock management tasks including issuing supplies, receiving deliveries, and conducting inventory checks to support smooth operations

General Duties as Cleaner
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Dust, clean, and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to reduce the spread of germs
- Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and restroom fixtures thoroughly to ensure hygiene and freshness
- Empty trash bins and recycling containers promptly, disposing of waste according to guidelines

- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces carefully to keep them clear and streak-free.
