About the Sandvik Engineering Graduate Learnerships 2025
Sandvik is seeking for applicants who would like to obtain learnerhip programmes in different fields and receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The Sandvik Engineering Graduate Learnerships offer a comprehensive technical training experience, allowing participants to gain hands-on exposure to Sandvik’s products and operations. Under the mentorship of experienced technicians, managers, and engineers, learners will develop a deep understanding of the application of Sandvik’s products within the industry. Mining Engineering graduates will have the added opportunity to obtain their Blasting Ticket (Surface or Underground) through the program’s collaboration with key players in the mining sector. Meanwhile, graduates in Mechanical, Mechatronic, and Electrical Engineering will complete the program with a maintenance trade qualification. The experience acquired surpasses the typical P1/P2 requirements, enabling participants to register their P1/P2 with confidence.
