The SafetySA Safetycloud Learnership is an outstanding training opportunity designed to provide participants with a strong foundational understanding of the safety and compliance sector. This comprehensive programme offers a well-balanced blend of academic instruction and real-world workplace exposure, ensuring that learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to the industry.

Participants will follow a structured curriculum that includes formal assessments as well as hands-on training in an actual business environment. You will be required to perform the duties below:

  • Provide support to walk-in clients by offering course information, assisting with bookings and payments, confirming reservations, and verifying attendance
  • Deliver assistance to both internal and external clients in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner
  • Support the Branch Coordinator and Business Support Coordinator by helping to manage and coordinate the branch’s administrative functions
  • Make sure the Attendance Register is signed daily by all employees, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit from the college
  • Upload a copy of the Daily Register to Odyssey on the final day of each course and ensure the completed Project Review Checklist is submitted to meet compliance requirements on Odyssey
  • Guarantee that certificates for successful students are issued within 20 working days
    Prepare the venue adequately to ensure it is ready for scheduled activities
  • Participate in and complete a Learnership programme over the 12-month period as part of the role.
