About the SafetySA NAIS Audit Learnership 2025
SafetySA is on the search for applicants who would like to receive theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the fast-paced NAIS Audit department. The SafetySA NAIS Audit Learnership involves supporting the Technical Manager with various administrative tasks related to audits. You’ll help manage the back-office processes by ensuring that audits are submitted on time, properly tracked through the internal system, peer-reviewed, and accurately recorded. You’ll also assist in maintaining records of completed work and audit outcomes, making sure that reports and certificates are issued promptly after payment is received.

Additionally, you may be asked to support coordinators with data-related tasks or provide general assistance as needed. Responding to audit-related queries in a clear and professional manner is also part of the role.

You will also be required to deliver the outputs below:

  • Arrange and manage the distribution of reports and necessary documents to clients
  • Take charge of processes and provide direction within your area of responsibility
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with all departments and clients, both inside and outside the company
  • Send reports only once clients have fulfilled their financial responsibilities with NOSA/NAIS
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products
  • Organize your tasks and manage your time efficiently to stay on track
  • Build client trust by consistently representing the NOSA/NAIS brand with confidence and professionalism
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate information on the audit tracking list
  • Ensure that enough resources and materials are available to keep the flow of client communications and reports uninterrupted
  • Review and confirm the status of tasks and reports each week and keep records up to date
  • Support the planning and execution of NOSA/NAIS Banquets and Awards events
  • Respond to client questions promptly through phone calls and emails each day.
