About the SAB Graduate Management Traineeship 2025
SAB is now looking for interested candidates who would like to receive a proper graduate traineeship to develop their knowledge and skills in Management. You will be required to deliver the following outputs:

  • Participate in three-month rotations, each structured to support our three core strategic pillars
  • Work on real-world business challenges in key areas such as Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics to expand industry knowledge
  • Join the Cheers! Festival (Global Induction) to hear directly from senior leaders about company strategy and network with fellow trainees
  • Connect with a global community of GMT alumni, gaining access to valuable insights and career support
  • Experience opportunities in different locations across the zone, requiring flexibility and mobility for career growth
  • Receive guidance from experienced mentors and access a specialized learning and development curriculum tailored to the zone
  • Engage in exclusive opportunities with senior leaders, gaining visibility and career acceleration
  • Transition into a front-line role after completing the program, embracing a flexible and evolving career path.
