About the SAB Graduate Management Traineeship 2025
SAB is now looking for interested candidates who would like to receive a proper graduate traineeship to develop their knowledge and skills in Management. You will be required to deliver the following outputs:
- Participate in three-month rotations, each structured to support our three core strategic pillars
- Work on real-world business challenges in key areas such as Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Supply/Logistics to expand industry knowledge
- Join the Cheers! Festival (Global Induction) to hear directly from senior leaders about company strategy and network with fellow trainees
- Connect with a global community of GMT alumni, gaining access to valuable insights and career support
- Experience opportunities in different locations across the zone, requiring flexibility and mobility for career growth
- Receive guidance from experienced mentors and access a specialized learning and development curriculum tailored to the zone
- Engage in exclusive opportunities with senior leaders, gaining visibility and career acceleration
- Transition into a front-line role after completing the program, embracing a flexible and evolving career path.
