About the Royale Africa Contact Centre Learnership 2021-2022

The Royale Africa Contact Centre Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:
1. Basic Requirements
- Has a Grade 12/Matric qualification with a 50% passing grade in Mathematics
- Can read, write, and understand the English language
- Displays impressive communication abilities
- Puts on sales-oriented mindset
- Understands basic computer literacy
- Is not permanently employed
- Is not pursuing any forms of higher learning education
- Is not enrolled in any other learning institute
- Has a legitimate Driver’s License
- Currently between 22-28 years old
- Has their own form of transportation
- Does not have a pending criminal record or any criminal case.

- Has a high level of self-motivation
- Can work with other team members
- Has the flexibility and high commitment to learn
- Prepared to work under pressure
- Committed to finishing their pgraommes
