About the Refinery Learnership 2022-2023
Refinery is offering X2 contract positions who are looking to obtain new knowledge within the Store Operations department with their learnership programme. The Refinery Learnership is seeking individuals who are willing to attend classroom activities and attend 40 hours of work every week to elevate their skills in the industry. Additionally you will be required to become an active member of the store team as you complete the necessary standards to obtain a Retail Operation Certificate.

Throughout the course of the program, you will be required to follow a well-organized curriculum that includes both theoretical tests and practical working sessions that are carried out in an environment that simulates a real-world business. Eligibility Criteria
