RCL Foods is searching for candidates who would like to join the company’s SHERQ derpatment as a qualified Weighbridge Clerk based in Randfontein, Gauteng. The RCL Foods Job Vacancy as Weighbridge Clerk will report directly to the SHE Manager. The Weighbridge Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring that the correct weight is recorded for all trucks entering or leaving the premises. This includes accurately weighing both loaded and unloaded trucks. Any discrepancies must be promptly reported to the Shift Security Supervisor. Additionally, the Weighbridge Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all truck details are accurately confirmed and recorded in the system.

You will also be required to perform the duties below:

• Weigh incoming trucks, whether loaded or unloaded, by inputting the truck and driver details into the system and recording the weight
• Input the access number provided by security into the FlowCentric system
• Search for the registration number of outgoing trucks in the system and capture it in FlowCentric
• Confirm the loaded truck by entering the picklist number(s) into the system
• Verify the truck’s weight by cross-checking it with the document from security for outgoing trucks carrying final products
• Report any discrepancies, such as over or underweight, to the Shift Security Supervisor immediately
• Correct the weight in the system if informed by the warehouse (GRS) about a short load
• Complete pallet slips for each loaded truck, including details such as the truck’s registration number, customer information, TPT number, pallet quantity, and destination
• Send the access number to the Shift Security Supervisor for invoice printing.

General Duties as Weighbridge Clerk

• Weigh vehicles accurately, both inbound and outbound, using the weighbridge equipment
