About the RCL Foods Learning and Development Internship 2025
RCL Foods is currently searching for applicants who are interested in receiving practical work exposure forcusing on the Learning and Development department. RCL Foods is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Intern to join its Baking Division. This internship opportunity is located at the Pretoria West site and is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience within the company’s Learning and Development function. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Learning and Development Specialist, gaining exposure to key processes, projects, and initiatives that support employee growth and capability building.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Capture and maintain all training data accurately within the HR Manage system, ensuring records are consistently updated and reliable
• Assist in coordinating training interventions and events, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and organize training materials to support effective delivery and learning outcomes
• Schedule training sessions for both delegates and facilitators, ensuring all arrangements are communicated in advance
• Distribute training evaluations, manage stock control of training materials, and liaise with suppliers and attendees regarding specific requirements for each training and development intervention
• Support the collection, collation, and organization of training information for audit and compliance purposes
