RCL Foods is actively seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated SHE (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Intern to become a part of our Centurion site team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all corporate and departmental SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality) policies, standards, and procedures are effectively implemented and consistently followed. This role requires someone who can contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment while driving adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

• Follow all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes and procedures to maintain compliance
• Gather relevant information and actively participate in incident investigations to identify causes and prevent future occurrences
• Ensure that noticeboards are regularly updated with essential HSE information for employees.
• Make sure that noticeboards consistently display crucial HSE-related information
• Conduct and review risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement necessary safety measures

• Support the implementation and ongoing management of the Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) system to improve safety practices.
