About the RCL Foods Job Vacancy as Creditors Clerk 2025
RCL Foods is seeking an employment opportunity for applicants who would like to work as a professional Creditors Clerk with a full sense of integrity. The RCL Foods Creditors Clerk position is located in Durban and will report directly to the Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records for all suppliers (vendors) involved in transactions with the RCL Foods Group. This includes ensuring that each vendor’s details and account activities are properly documented, organized, and up to date to support smooth and efficient financial operations.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Manage the reconciliation of invoices and credit memos against SAP receipts within the Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) account
• Address and resolve creditor-related queries by coordinating with the appropriate stakeholders and ensuring clear communication of outcomes
• Follow up on outstanding supplier issues and work toward timely and effective resolution of all long-standing queries
• Maintain consistent accuracy and productivity by meeting quality standards in all assigned tasks
• Notify relevant team members promptly of any potential delays in tasks or deadlines, outlining risks and suggesting practical solutions
• Verify all invoices and credit memos to ensure full compliance with current VAT regulations
  Ensure accurate and timely data entry of invoices and credit memos into the SAP system.

General Duties as a Creditors Clerk

• Receive supplier invoices and confirm accuracy by checking authorization, purchase orders, and delivery documentation
