RBH is an investment holding company owned by African communities, and its only shareholder is the Royal Bafokeng Nation Development Trust (RBNDT). The Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN), a forward-thinking traditional community made up of 29 villages in the Rustenburg valley, has entrusted the unique responsibility of maintaining and growing its financial capital to the Royal Bafokeng Heritage Holdings (RBH) and the Royal Bafokeng Nation Development Trust (RBNDT).

The nation’s long-term strategy plan, RBN’s Plan ’35, which is intended to address the challenges that Bafokeng is currently facing and build a progressive, thriving, and prosperous community, also guides RBH (Royal Bafokeng Holdings). The Plan’35 program’s goal is to give community members and the general public the skills and knowledge they need to become self-sufficient.

RBH (Royal Bafokeng Holdings) is opening up a learnership programme for candidates keen on obtaining new work-related knowledge in the Hospitality field. Both organized practical workplace training and structured theoretical training are included in the workplace-based training program.
