RAV Steel is offering a job vacancy for Matric applicants who are keen on working as a professional Truck Assitant for the accredited steel establishment. The RAV Steel Job Vacancy as Truck Assistant is a helpful career opportunity that will expose you to the Warehouse Department (Premier Mill Vereeniging) in Kroonstad, Eastern Cape. The goal of this position is to coordinate road deliveries and ensure effective raw wheat delivery.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• When the truck arrives at the destination, get the driver’s documentation
• Make sure all paperwork is delivered to the coordinator for processing
• Conduct inspections in accordance with food safety regulations on all vehicles
• Adapt all truck routes in the yard to the variations in the raw wheat
• In order to guarantee effective off loading, coordinate with the intake department when goods arrives on site
• Coordinate and keep track of the truck’s turn-around time while entering the yard
• Make sure the yard is kept clean and has all the amenities it needs.
