About the RAF (Road Accident Fund) Learnership 2024-2025
RAF (Road Accident Fund) is offering an 18-month learnership programme for Grade 12 qualification holders to would like to receive a SAQA certification. RAF (Road Accident Fund) is offering candidates a chance to obtain a newfound sense of understanding in the company through this fruitful learnership opportunity. A defined curriculum will be followed during the duration of the program, which will include both theoretical examinations and practical working sessions that will take place in a real-world workplace context. As you work your way towards a certification, you will be encouraged to make significant progress under the supervision of expert training providers. The learners will be located at the Offer Management Department in Johannesburg. The Learners will be awarded a monthly stipend.

The RAF (Road Accident Fund) Learnership Eligibility Criteria are as follows:

  • Currently between 18 to 23 years old
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Unemployed matriculants
  • Displays impressive written and verbal communication abilities
  • Shows interpersonal skills well
  • Has a keen eye for small details
  • Shows the desire to learn new things
  • Has a high level of self-motivation
  • Possess basic understanding of computer abilities
  • Can prioritize their tasks as required.

Candidates will need to send in a brief Curriculum Vitae (CV), a certified copy of your Identity Document, a certified Grade 12 qualification/results statement, and a letter of motivation (does not exceed more than 3 pages) explaining why they deserve the learnership.

All these documents should be included in your application dossier. Incomplete applications will automatically be disqualified from the programme.

By sending in your applications, you are hereby giving permission to the selection committee to have your personal information utilized for registration purposes.

Applications will be subjected to further evaluation and vetting procedures to verify the validity of candidates. Anyone discovered to be falsifying any aspects of their applications will be disqualified from the registration period.

Closing Date
Applications for the RAF (Road Accident Fund) Learnership must be submitted before the closing date on 25 & 26 March 2024.

By enrolling as quickly as possible, you can ensure that your application is secured as soon as possible. However, this does not guarantee instant success and is just intended to provide you with a secure position throughout the recruiting process.

Candidates that submit their applications after the deadline will not be considered by the selection committee. All entries received past the closing date will be immediately rejected, regardless of their content.
