About the PSG Graduate Programmes 2025-2026
PSG Graduate Programmes is looking for applicants who would like to obtain further knowledge and practical skills focusing in 15 different study fields. The PSG Graduate Programmes offer recent graduates a comprehensive and well-structured pathway into the professional world. Each successful applicant will be placed on a 12-month fixed-term contract, during which they will receive hands-on, on-the-job training designed to develop practical expertise in their chosen field. In addition to technical knowledge, participants will also benefit from structured soft skills training, ensuring they are well-rounded professionals ready to navigate the workplace with confidence.
Throughout the programme, graduates will be supported by experienced mentors and paired with a dedicated buddy to help ease their transition into the company. Those who demonstrate strong performance and growth during the programme may be considered for permanent employment. - Maintain an academic average of 65% or higher
- Hold a Bachelor’s, Honours, Master’s, or PhD degree
- Submit a clear copy of your South African ID
- Include a detailed and updated Curriculum Vitae
- Attach your most recent academic transcript or record.
