• Administer HR operations processes and systems, including platforms such as SAGE and Greylink
• Apply practical knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and terminations
• Support Learning and Development administration using relevant systems such as Moodle and SAGE
• Develop an understanding of core Human Resources processes across key disciplines
