About the PPC Cement Traineeship 2026
PPC Cement is currently searching for candidates who need further working experience to pursue their future careers with a well-structured traineeship. The PPC Cement Traineeship offers unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 35 an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience through a 12-month Youth Development Programme (YDP). Open to candidates who have completed Grade 12, the programme is designed to equip participants with valuable skills and industry exposure that can support their long-term career development.

Through this structured traineeship, participants will develop portable skills and acquire hands-on experience aligned with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) Sector Skills Plan (SSP), helping them build competencies that are transferable across the industry.

• Reside in one of the following areas: Diepsloot, Olievenhoutbosch, Laudium, Atteridgeville, Lotus Gardens, Silverton, Kya Sands, or Middelburg
• Ensure that you have not previously participated in a YES programme with any other employer.
