- Be currently enrolled in a BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering, or a National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction, at an accredited institution

- Reside within the local communities of Gouda, Saron, Tulbagh, or Porterville, and provide verifiable proof of residence
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrate advanced computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work effectively both independently and proactively by taking initiative when required
- Display clear leadership potential and the ability to guide or motivate others
- Show willingness to work and travel in remote or outlying areas for extended periods when necessary.
2. Required Documents
