1. Hospitality Learnership
Pick n Pay is offering learnership programmes in Faerie Glen, Joburg, and Cape Town for young applicants who are interested in the world of Hospitality. The Pick n Pay Hospitality Learnership is currently on the look out for potential learners who share the same values of the company and would like to upgrade their skills and become a qualified professional.

Throughout the 18-month duration of the Pick n Pay Hospitality Learnership, learners will be required to implement their business acumen and improve their technical competence in the company’s processes.

By operating this initiative, Pick n Pay hopes they are able to develop a pool of future Hospitality practitioners that are skilled and professional enough to further their career paths and fully realise their potential.

2. Human Resources Learnership
Pick n Pay calling talented people that have exceptional skills to join in a team of experienced professionals. Pick n Pay have exciting opportunities for dedicated, determined, and focused individuals who wish to apply for Textile unemployed learnership.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Related study in HR (TVET College/National Diploma)
  • Commitment to complete an 12/18 month learnership duration
  • Have an ability to integrate technical and acumen competence.

3. Clothing/Textile CT Learnership
Pick n Pay looking for focused, determined, and talented people to apply for Clothing/Textile CT Learnership in the Retail industry.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Ready to complete an 12/18 month learnership programme
  • National Diploma/TVET college must be Textile/Clothing/Fashion related
  • Show professional values and attitudes.
