About the Pick n Pay Learnerships 2024
1. UIF-Funded Learnership

Unemployed youth nationwide can now apply for a six-month learnership program funded by the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF). This SETA-accredited program begins with 10 days of intensive theoretical training. Following this, participants will engage in hands-on practical training within a store environment for the remainder of the program, receiving guidance and support from a dedicated in-store mentor. The program also includes comprehensive monitoring and verification processes to ensure the quality and progress of the training. At the conclusion of the program, participants will undergo a final assessment and moderation to evaluate their skills and knowledge gained during the learnership. This initiative aims to equip young people with valuable skills and experience, enhancing their employability and career prospects.

The successful applicant will be entitled to a monthly stipend of R3 500.

Closing Date
