About the PepsiCo Apprenticeship 2026
PepsiCo is offering an apprenticeship for applicants who would like to obtain practical work exposure within the Supply Chain industry in Olifantsfontein. The PepsiCo Apprenticeship is a series of programmes based in Joburg that will equip you with the necessary practical experience to be a qualified master of a certain trade. Combining both full-time classes, and on-the-job training sessions, you will get used to the fast-paced environment in a factory setting.

You will be required to perform the following outsputs:

  • Undertake learner readiness (pre-learning) assessments when required
  • Participate in the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment process
  • Complete gap training and the final assessment (trade test)
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions according to the agreed days and times
  • Submit all assignments within the agreed timeframes of the training programme
  • Fulfil all programme requirements, including classroom training, submissions, and practical application
  • Maintain full attendance and learner responsibilities unless prevented by a valid and serious reason
  • Demonstrate willingness to co-sign a letter of commitment to the training with the line manager
  • Communicate any learning-related concerns promptly to the course facilitator and HR personnel
  • Complete and sign the Learning Programme contract

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are interested in the PepsiCo Apprenticeship must first meet certain qualifying requirements before moving forward with their applications.
