About the Pepkor Graduate Programme 2026
Pepkor is currently open for applications for individuals who would like to improve their knowledge and skills through their structured Graduate Programme. The Pepkor Graduate Programme seeks dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic young graduates to participate in a structured work-integrated learning experience. The programme offers a 12-month opportunity for university graduates and an 18-month opportunity for TVET graduates, both funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA. Participants will gain valuable exposure to real workplace environments, bridging the gap between academic study and practical application.
Through this initiative, graduates will contribute meaningfully to Pepkor Lifestyle’s growth journey while simultaneously developing their own professional skills and career paths. You will be required to perform the duties below:
- Attend all onboarding and induction programmes, as well as meetings, to gain insight into the company’s various functions
- Execute assigned duties under the guidance and supervision of senior employees
- Conduct research and document trends across different company functions, including emerging technologies, industry best practices, and other relevant developments
- Visit different locations or stores to acquire hands-on work experience
- Deliver presentations that may be used as part of performance evaluations
- Carry out additional responsibilities as requested to support and achieve business objectives

1. Study Qualifications
