About the Omnia Engineering Graduate Programme 2025
Omnia is offering a graduate programme focusing on the Engineering field and would like to improve their strengths and skills within a professional setting. Graduates enrolled in the Omnia Engineering Graduate Programme are expected to play a supportive role within the Omnia BME planning team. Their responsibilities extend beyond routine tasks, as they will contribute to both administrative functions and project-based activities.

A key focus of their involvement will be assisting with the company’s migration to the D365 system, ensuring that processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Through this exposure, graduates will gain valuable hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and system implementation, while also developing the professional skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic engineering environment.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

• Conduct monthly demand planning for Emulsions, including analysis and documentation of results
• Perform monthly supply planning for Emulsions, ensuring outcomes are analyzed and recorded
• Manage inventory as custodian for the Losberg and Dryden sites
• Maintain master data in D365 for Omnia BME and support the rollout of D365 for Fertilizer
• Carry out user acceptance testing in D365 for Omnia BME and assist with the Fertilizer D365 rollout
• Develop and monitor the Watch Tower for current Omnia BME operations and oversee the D365 go-live process.
