Groundsman Duties

• Preserve the premises and its surroundings.
• Perform cleaning duties on the premises and its surroundings.
• Empty waste bins.
• Take care of the garden.
• Carry out watering tasks for the garden.
• Trim and prune flowers and trees.
• Mow the grass.
• Eliminate weeds and dispose of garden refuse.
• Apply insecticides.
• Cultivate the soil for both trees and flowers.
• Manage and maintain gardening equipment and tools.
• Identify and report any malfunctions in gardening equipment and tools.
• Rectify minor defects in gardening equipment and tools.
