About the Nissan Automotive Learnership 2023
Nissan is providing candidates with the chance to take part in their automotive learnership programme to upgrade their knowledge and practical skills. The Nissan Automotive Learnership is a unique program that gives you the grounding you need in this industry. You will follow a defined curriculum that alternates between theoretical exams and hands-on training sessions performed in actual workplace settings throughout the duration of the program. As you proceed toward a qualification, you will be urged to demonstrate significant improvement under the direction of qualified training providers. If you are hired by the NSA, you will sign a fixed-term contract and complete a national qualifying program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
Selected candidates who have shown impressive progress will be entitled to a National Certificate in Automotive Components: Manufacturing and Assembly (NQF Level 2).

Eligibility Criteria
