The Nissan Automotive Learnership is a unique program that gives you the grounding you need in this industry. If you are hired by the NSA, you will sign a fixed-term contract and complete a national qualifying program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training.

Selected candidates who have shown impressive progress will be entitled to a National Certificate in Automotive Components: Manufacturing and Assembly (NQF Level 2).
