- Reside in Cape Town (Khayelitsha) or Gordons Bay
- Be between 18 and 28 years of age
- Hold a Grade 10 to 12 qualification
- Possess a South African ID
- Be unemployed
- Provide proof of disability (mandatory)
- Have a clear criminal record.
